For over 20 years the tour has taken Canadian students to visit the main institutions and learn from practitioners who work in the EU Institutions. EURUS at Carleton University has been an active participant in the tour since its inception. The tour is open to upper-year undergraduate and graduate students and is offered in the summer term. Students participate in pre-tour sessions run at Carleton before traveling to Europe for the tour, usually scheduled in May. Specific sites, themes, and itineraries will vary from year to year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tour also offers an optional internship component in which students are placed in an internship in institutions that work with the European Union for two months following the tour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information about applying for the tour is posted in the middle of the fall term with applications due towards the end of term.
