When you will be away for an extended period, assign a substitute to receive your assigned carts.

Here’s how:

  • Click on the shopping cart icon on the left-hand side of your screen.

  • Click on ‘My Carts and Orders’ and then ‘View Carts’.

  • Click on the blue ‘Assigned Carts’ tab.

  • Click on the blue ‘Assign Substitute’ text

  • In the new window, search for user and click the blue ‘select’ text under the ‘Action’ column.

  • Once you’ve completed steps 1 through 5, the person’s name will appear.

To remove the substitute:

  • To remove the substitute, click on the blue ‘End Substitution’ text.
