Can I still make a change to it?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The answer is maybe.<\/p>\n<h3>First, determine where the requisition is in the workflow<\/h3>\n<p>Once you find out where the requisition is in the workflow, you can decide what you\u2019d like to do next.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>find the requisition in eShop (to learn how, review the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/facts\/eshop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8216;Searching documents &amp; workflow status (tracking your requisition&#8217;<\/a> how-to sheet)<\/li>\n<li>double click on the relevant requisition number<\/li>\n<li>once open, check the workflow status in the &#8216;What&#8217;s next&#8217; box on the left-hand side of the screen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The requisition has already been approved<\/h3>\n<p>If the requisition has been approved, it is too late to make a change in eShop.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For a catalogue item, you will have to contact the vendor (e.g. staples) directly.<\/li>\n<li>For orders to internal service providers (e.g. The Print Shop), you will also have to contact the internal service provider directly.<\/li>\n<li>For a non-catalogue purchase order, <a href=\"ma&#105;&#108;&#116;&#111;&#x3a;&#x50;&#x72;&#x6f;&#x63;ur&#101;&#109;&#101;&#110;&#x74;&#x40;&#x63;&#x61;&#x72;le&#116;&#111;&#110;&#46;&#x63;&#x61;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">contact Procurement Services and they will assist you.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Any change to the funding source will have to be done through a journal voucher in FAST.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The requisition has NOT been approved<\/h3>\n<p>If the requisition has not been approved, reach out to the approver and request that they return the requisition to you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The answer is maybe.
