What do I do if I\u2019ve lost supporting documentation (e.g. a receipt)?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Follow these steps to claim an expense where a receipt is missing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose \u2018No Receipt\u2019 when creating the expense line.<\/li>\n<li>Once you have saved that expense line, an error will be generated.<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019ve lost multiple receipts, wait until you\u2019ve entered all of the related expense lines to complete the next step.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the instructions in the error message (i.e. complete a \u2018Missing Receipt Declaration\u2019 by selecting it from the \u2018Manage Receipts\u2019 dropdown list).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> A reasonable attempt must be made to retrieve lost receipts (e.g. contact airline to request lost receipt).\u00a0 Expense reports with missing receipts may not be approved.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Follow these steps to claim an expense where a receipt is missing: Choose \u2018No Receipt\u2019 when creating the expense line.
