It can also be referred to as a second stage procurement, where the RFSQ was the first stage.<\/p>\n<h3>Why is it important?<\/h3>\n<p>When developing a qualified supplier list, clients must decide how Call-ups will be allocated to the successful <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/facts\/glossary\/v\/vendor\/\">vendor<\/a>(s).
