Criteria may include adherence to technical requirements, qualifications, experience, schedule, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>evaluation team<\/strong> will include subject matter experts who are Carleton staff or faculty. You may also choose to identify additional internal or external contacts to act in an advisory capacity who provide recommendations but will <strong>not<\/strong> evaluate proposals. Pricing Evaluation is only included once the evaluation team has completed their required step(s).<\/p>\n<h3>Why is it important?<\/h3>\n<p>Clearly defining Evaluation criteria, appointing an evaluation team, and conducting the Evaluation based on the Evaluation criteria are all key steps in the open Competitive Procurement process.
