An example of this might be a receipt for a book that is emailed to you by Amazon. If you attach the digital receipt to your claim, you do not have to also print it and attach it to your \u2018Claimant Declaration\u2019 with any hard copy receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that your supervisor may request that all receipts be attached digitally. Hard copy receipts must still be attached to the claimant declaration and sent to the business office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested in more Travel and Expense Reimbursement System tips?
