You no longer have to use it for Travel and Expense!<\/p>\n<p>If for any reason you are unable to provide supporting documentation when claiming an eligible expense (i.e. you paid in cash and lost the receipt), choose the \u201cLost Receipt\u201d payment type when entering the expense item in the Travel and Expense system.\u00a0 Excessive use of this method will be monitored by Financial Services.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2018Certificate of Missing Documentation\u2019 is still used for <a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/purchasing\/procurement-card-faqs\/#16\">missing Procurement Card (Pcard) receipts<\/a> or supporting documentation for a cheque requisition.<\/p>\n<p>Interested in learning more about lost receipts or boarding passes? <a href=\"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/travel\/faq\/expense-items-faq\/\">Read the \u2018I lost a receipt or boarding pass.
