Police Record Check Information for Fall Orientation Volunteers
Please note: Ottawa Police Record Checks can only be completed at an Ottawa Police Station if you are currently residing in Ottawa. If you plan on leaving Ottawa for the summer, you will need to complete your Police Record Check in your home district. In order to get the processing fee waived, please submit your Police Record Check in Ottawa with the Ottawa volunteer letter.
If you are returning home to Toronto for the summer, you can submit this Toronto Police Record Check form to submit your letter. There is a processing fee at Toronto Police Services.
Update: We will now accept printed digital copies of Police Record Checks this year.
- Click here for the Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check to fill out and bring to an Ottawa Police Station.
- Click here for the Ottawa Volunteer Letter. This letter allows your Police Record Check to be processed at an Ottawa Police station (if you are staying in Ottawa for the summer).

1) Be residing in Ottawa for Summer 2017.
2) Download both the Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check and the Ottawa Volunteer Letter.
