All volunteers, regardless of role will play an integral part in the delivery of the 2024 Fall Orientation programming and will receive training to support them in their roles. Volunteers can expect to assist with hosting events and connecting with new students to welcome them to the Carleton community. Students like you are extremely important to the success of the Fall Orientation program and welcoming new students to the Carleton community.
Important Dates and Deadlines
Leadership Position Interviews
Application deadline for leadership positions (Team Leads and Head Ravens) is Tuesday, March 19th at 11:59 pm. Volunteers applying for leadership positions will be interviewed Friday, March 22, 2024 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM
Fall Training
In person, on campus training will be taking at the very end of August before Fall Orientation Week begins. Training date for 2024 will be August 29th or 30th.
Please note, training is mandatory for all levels of volunteers and failure to complete this training will mean an inability to participate in Fall Orientation.

- Paul Menton Centre
- CUSERT
- Campus Safety
Fall Orientation Week:
- Sunday, September 1st to Friday, September 6th, 2024.
