Facilitator Description

The Fall Orientation Facilitators are integral to the successful implementation of the Fall Orientation Program. Facilitators are responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming morale in their groups and working directly with new students throughout the week.

Vice Head Description

The Fall Orientation Vice Head Facilitators are integral to the successful implementation of the Fall Orientation Program. Vice Head Facilitators are responsible for assisting Heads with all tasks throughout the week and take on a large leadership role within their groups. There are 32 Vice Head positions.

Head Description

The Fall Orientation Head Facilitators are integral to the successful implementation of the Fall Orientation Program. Head Facilitators are responsible for the leadership and coordination of one of the campus groups formed during orientation week. There are 16 Head positions.

Raven Description

The Fall Orientation Ravens are integral to the successful implementation of the Fall Orientation Program. Ravens are responsible for assisting the Orientation Coordinators with all aspects of the week to ensure the success of all events. There are 32 Raven positions.

Head Raven Description

The Fall Orientation Head Ravens are integral to the successful implementation of the Fall Orientation Program. The Head Raven is responsible for the leadership and coordination of all of the Ravens as well as acting as a liaison between the Orientation Coordinators, Ravens and all volunteers. There are 3 Head Raven positions.

SPROSH Volunteer Roles 

Manager Description

The Fall Orientation Managers are integral to the successful implementation of the Sprosh Fall Orientation Program. Managers are responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming morale in their groups and working directly with new students throughout the week.

Vice President Description

The Fall Orientation Vice President Facilitators are integral to the successful implementation of the Sprosh Fall Orientation Program. Vice President Facilitators are responsible for assisting Presidents with all tasks throughout the week and take on a large leadership role within their groups. There are 6 Vice President positions.

President Description

The Fall Orientation President Facilitators are integral to the successful implementation of the Sprosh Fall Orientation Program. President Facilitators are responsible for the leadership and coordination of one of the campus groups formed during orientation week. There are 3 President positions.

Board of Directors Description

The Fall Orientation Board of Directors are integral to the successful implementation of the Sprosh Fall Orientation Program.  BOD’s are responsible for assisting the Sprosh CEO with all aspects of the week to ensure the success of all events (see description for more information). There are 7 BOD positions.
