The program could not succeed without the continuous support of volunteers like yourself. As you begin your role with EngFrosh, you will be working with and alongside your team members to help prepare us for the best 2% of the year! Once signed, please upload using the form below. \n                <\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        \n                    <footer class=\"px-6 pt-3 mt-auto md:pt-5\">\n                <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/fallorientation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/66\/2026\/03\/Volunteer-Contract-2026.pdf\" class=\"cu-button cu-button--red cu-button--small\">\n                    Download\n                    <span class=\"sr-only\">\n                        \n                    <\/span>\n                <\/a>\n            <\/footer>\n        \n    <\/div>\n    \n\n        <\/div>\n\n        \n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a reminder, your role with EngFrosh is conditional on the following&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a returning undergraduate student for the 2026 fall term;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/registrar\/good-standing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Good Academic Standing<\/a>&nbsp;as defined in the Carleton University Undergraduate Calendar;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive an ACE decision of Eligible to Continue (EC) through the duration of the role;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pass a Judicial Review through the Office of Student Affairs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a Vulnerable Sector Check (sometimes referred to as a Police Background Check) before EngFrosh begins in September.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volunteers who do not meet any of the criteria listed above will be contacted directly by the Student Experience Office and be removed from the program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please upload a signed copy of the Volunteer Contract using the form below. The deadline to submit your Volunteer Contract is <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Friday May 1st at 11:59 PM<\/strong>.
