She is the President of the Carleton Applied and Theoretical Linguistics Society (CATL), works part-time at MacOdrum Library, and, in the past, has been an Undergraduate Student Representative at her department\u2019s faculty meetings, organized and led an ASL study group, and was an Undeclared Student Mentor. Through Carleton\u2019s International Internship Program, Morgan spent 10 weeks in Madrid, Spain this summer, working for an NGO. She has since become increasingly interested in language policy and planning, and is carrying out a literature review project regarding Catalan in Spain this coming year. She loves travelling, listening to music, walking, reading, learning languages, playing the flute, and spending time with friends.
