DOUBLE MAJOR encourages discussion of disparate topics and connects people and ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jenna Tenn-Yuk is a spoken word artist, public speaker, facilitator, singer-songwriter and storyteller. She has performed and spoken nationally at TEDx, Pecha Kucha, on Parliament Hill and at numerous conferences. She created a monthly poetry series, Words to Live By, and facilitates spoken word workshops to help people find and speak their voices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jane Dickson-Gilmore is a professor in the Department of Law and Legal Studies at Carleton University. She is working with the Mohawk Nation at Kahnawake toward the development of a separate, tradition-based legal system. Her current research includes dispute resolution and restorative justice, and First Nations and traditional Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parking passes ($4.00 flat rate) will be sold by CUAG staff prior to the event.
