The new portal can be accessed via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/itsjira.carleton.ca\/servicedesk\/customer\/portal\/12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carleton&#8217;s COVID-19 Reporting System<\/a>\u00a0and should be used to request short-term access (less than 1 hour) as well as longer-term access to private faculty-member offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have previously received approval to access campus buildings through the FASS Faculty Office Access Request portal you will be granted approval through this new system upon confirmation that you have completed the COVID-19 training.
