Dr. Mathew Bellamy’s<\/a> (Department of History) published an article \u201cBusiness Against Drunk Driving: The Neoliberal State, Labatt Brewery, and the Creation of the \u2018Responsible Drinker.<\/a>‘” won the 2024 Business History Conference’s Philip Scranton Best Article Prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prize recognizes the author <\/a>or authors of an article published in Enterprise & Society<\/em> judged to be the best of those that have appeared in the volume previous to the year of the BHC annual meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enterprise and Society<\/em> is one of the leading international journals in business history. The article appeared digitally in 2022 and in print in 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
