The Film Studies program is pleased to announce two lectures by our special guest, Rasha Salti.

Rasha Salti is the programmer for the Toronto International Film Festival for cinema from the African continent and the Middle East. Previously she was the Creative Director and Film Programmer of New York-based ArteEast, a global platform for Middle East arts, from 2004 to 2010. The extensive list of organizations that she has collaborated with include The Tate Modern in London, Musée Jeu de Paume in Paris, and SANFIC in Santiago de Chile. Her co-curated film programmes have showcased at the MoMA in New York and toured worldwide.

Both lectures will be on Tuesday September 8, 2015.
