The original competition was created by The University of Queensland, Australia in 2008. The idea is for grad students to deliver a clear and concise oral presentation of their independent research, presenting the key idea and impact of their research in three minutes or less. The 3MT will take place on March 26-27 as part of the Graduate Research Forum organized by the Graduate Students\u2019 Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three competitors.
