All connections can be made on the table top without the need for additional cable runs or moving equipment. wireless mouse and keyboard to operate the classroom computer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE: If the PC does not respond please ensure that the TV, computer, mouse and keyboard are switched on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"classroom-pc-usb-stick\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Classroom PC + USB stick<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operate the TV and computer as above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect your USB device to one of the three table-top USB ports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"classroom-pc-meeting-owl\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Classroom PC + Meeting OWL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operate the TV and computer as above. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect the Meeting OWL to one of the table-top USB ports using as USB-C to USB-A cable. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log into Zoom and select the Meeting OWL as your camera and microphone. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"laptop-tv\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laptop + TV<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Turn on TV and select input &#8216;<strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Laptop<\/strong>&#8216;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect laptop to table-top HDMI port and power outlet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"laptop-tv-meeting-owl\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laptop + TV + Meeting OWL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connect laptop to TV as above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect the Meeting OWL to the laptop with a USB cable. <br>(Use the included USB-C to USB-C cable with most modern laptops. A USB-C to USB-A cable is also included in the Meeting OWL kit.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log into Zoom and select the Meeting OWL as your camera and microphone. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"blu-ray-dvd-player-region-1-a\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blu-Ray\/DVD Player (Region 1\/A)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Turn on TV and select input &#8216;<strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Disc Player<\/strong>&#8216;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Blu-Ray\/DVD player at the front of the room. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"blu-ray-dvd-player-other-region\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blu-Ray\/DVD Player (Other Region)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Borrow a multi-region Blu-Ray\/DVD player from the AVRC. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn on TV and select input &#8216;<strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">HDMI<\/strong>&#8216;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect the player to the table-top HDMI port and power outlet. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"play-files-e-g-mp4-divx-from-an-optical-disc\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Play Files (e.g. mp4, divx) from an Optical Disc<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Borrow a USB optical drive from the AVRC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn on TV and select input &#8216;<strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">PC<\/strong>&#8216;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect the drive to a table-top USB port.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open and play files with VLC Player on the PC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview Audio-visual, data and power connections are integrated into the SP472 meeting table.
