Simultaneously, workers\u2014often portrayed as the beneficiaries of both the profit-driven activities of their own pension funds and the investment strategies of other workers\u2019 pension funds\u2014have been experiencing setbacks, with pension coverage declining in numerous regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This hybrid event provides an opportunity for an in-depth exploration of this troubling phenomenon and the significant political questions it raises. Cependant, l\u2019un des acteurs les plus importants et les plus influents de ces processus, les fonds de pension, a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement n\u00e9glig\u00e9 par la plupart des analystes, ainsi que par nombre de militant\u00b7es et activistes politiques. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les travailleurs et travailleuses, souvent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9\u00b7es comme les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires \u00e0 la fois des activit\u00e9s lucratives de leurs propres fonds de pension et des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019investissement des fonds de pension d\u2019autres employ\u00e9\u00b7es, sont en difficult\u00e9, la couverture des r\u00e9gimes de retraite \u00e9tant en recul dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement hybride offre l\u2019occasion d\u2019explorer en profondeur ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne inqui\u00e9tant et les questions politiques importantes qu\u2019il soul\u00e8ve.
