Please be advised that as of\u00a0March 16, 2020, paper receipts\u00a0will NO LONGER<\/u> be accepted\u00a0as part of your travel and expense reimbursement claims.<\/p>\n

Payroll profiles must also be submitted digitally. \u00a0\u00a0Please submit digital receipts as outlined below.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

How do you submit digital\u00a0receipts?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1: <\/strong>Submit your Travel and expense claim as exactly as you do now.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0You will receive an email\u00a0(exactly as you do now).<\/p>\n

Step 3.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Scan your receipts\u00a0or payroll profile into a PDF document.\u00a0 If you do not have access to a scanner, you may use your phone to take a picture of the receipts.<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong>\u00a0Forward the PDF of the payroll profile or attach the PDF or photo of the receipts to the email\u00a0received in step 2\u00a0and forward it to:<\/p>\n
