Sustainability at Carleton University is pleased to welcome onto the campus, the bike share program Right Bike. This program allows members and visitors of the Carleton community to borrow a bike from Carleton and travel within the city and return either on campus or at one of 17 locations in Ottawa.

Three standard bikes are available with everything you need for a mobile adventure in the Capital. A basket for your backpack, groceries or school books. A lock to safely secure it while you run your errands. Three-speed internal gear shifting for Ottawa’s urban terrain. Fenders to keep you riding through our rainy fall. An adjustable seat to suit your height. An upcycled cycle refurbished and all in a signature shade of lavender purple.

The bikes are located to the rear of Residence Commons, with the Residence Commons reception desk being the Hub site, for purchasing passes and obtaining keys. Right Bikes are available to take out from only $5 for a day pass, while an annual membership is only $60. For more information on this exciting program visit or email
