The rental chiller brought in for Dunton Tower has been installed, and is now in operation as of 10am Friday, July 22.  The building will start to cool down over the next several hours.

A reminder that this rental chiller is smaller than the original equipment and as such, will only be able to provide cooling to the exterior offices of the building.  The interior spaces including corridors and elevator lobby will remain warmer than usual. To help mitigate the equipment size differential, the rental chiller will be in operation 24/7, and will not be shut off overnight.   Additionally, when temperatures permit, overnight air will be brought into the building which will help cool the interior spaces.
