Chemistry with Concentration in Food Science<\/a><\/td><\/tr><tr><td rowspan=\"3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/graduate.carleton.ca\/cu-programs\/chemistry-phd\/\">Ph.D. with Concentration in Food Science<\/a><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;Master of Science (MSc)&nbsp;and&nbsp;PhD programs in Food Science offer students a chance to engage in hands-on Food Science research. Students must complete a thesis as part of the program. The program is offered through the Ottawa-Carleton Chemistry Institute with the University of Ottawa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MSc program typically takes two years of full-time study to complete. The PhD program typically takes four to five years of full-time study to complete.
