A way to altogether reimagine <em>study<\/em> and <em>practice<\/em> in the first place?<\/p>\n<p>This book aims to help students address these and other questions, providing clarity and understanding about numerous themes, while also opening up possibilities for future exploration. It is also intended as a way to think about and transcend disciplinary boundaries, so that <em>food itself<\/em> might become a starting point for learning about and conducting research on food.<\/p>\n<p>An open educational resource funded by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecampusontario.ca\/\">eCampusOntario<\/a>, <em>Food Studies<\/em> is freely available to all users.
