A lifelong researcher in Indigenous and northern development policy, Professor Emerita Katherine Graham of the School of Public Policy and Administration (SPPA) recently took part in a national public forum in Winnipeg to mark the 20th anniversary of the Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples (RCAP).
The Sharing the Land, Sharing the Future National Forum reflected on the Royal Commission, which laid out a plan for a new relationship between the Canadian government and Aboriginal nations and governments.
