Bagels and Banter is a monthly opportunity to discuss shared research and teaching and learning topics with faculty members in a relaxed setting. Learn about new topics, teaching methods and potential research collaborations.
Bagels and Banter is open to all faculty and staff members and FPA graduate students.
September’s topic “Re-engaging Students Post COVID” is presented by Simon Power (Economics).
There is considerable evidence to suggest that students are less motivated and have lower morale now than before the emergence of COVID. In this session, Simon Power will lead a discussion on what we, as instructors, can do to turn the tide. More specifically, how can we re-engage our students and get them back on track?
