Advice for Current and Future Students:

Be your full and authentic self! University is place where you get to meet so many amazing people and make lifelong friends so always put your best foot forward and be your true self! Take advantage of all the resources available! Carleton has resources for everything and the professors on campus are amazing and approachable so make your life easier by using the resources provided! Finally, get involved! Carleton is home to hundreds of clubs and societies so if you have an interest there’s probably a club for it and if there’s not, you can always create one! In addition to clubs, there’s opportunities to get involved in research, do networking, and so much more!

Campus Activities:

During my last three years at Carleton, I have been very involved! I have been on the Relay for Life committee for three years and am the co-chair for the committee this year! I’ve been involved with the Ravens Sports Business Club for three years and am now the president of that club as well! I’ve participated in the First Year Connections Program as a mentee and a mentor! I’m currently part of the Carleton Communications Society as the Third Year Rep! I play intramurals, am part of a sorority on campus, and have experience as a notetaker for the Paul Menton Centre for Students with Disabilities! Getting involved has been the highlight of my university experience and am always willing to answer questions about all that I’m involved in!
