Degree from Carleton: Masters in Public Policy and Administration (2018)

Other Degree: Bachelors in Public Affairs and Policy Management with a minor in Law (2014)

Current role: Advisor to Director General at the Major Projects Management Office of Natural Resources Canada

Length of time in this role: I have been an advisor since July 2019, but have worked as an analyst on the Trans Mountain Expansion Project since September 2018.

Snapshot of your work duties: 

As an advisor, I am responsible for providing recommendations to senior management on Indigenous consultations and on the delivery of the Government of Canada’s commitments associated with the Trans Mountain Expansion Project. This includes supporting interdepartmental collaboration for the delivery of commitments made to Indigenous communities and analyzing the regulatory environment’s impact on major resource projects.

More About Me:

Outside of work, I volunteer at the Ottawa Humane Society as a dog trainer and eventually hope to open my own animal sanctuary/rescue.
