More than 200 faculty members, alumni, students and members of the community attended the gala dinner at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa, which was the culmination of two days of discussion on topics ranging from migration to media to Indigenous issues.
“It was an honour to have Minister Catherine McKenna offer her thoughts on the most important issue of our time—climate change,” said André Plourde, Dean of the Faculty of Public and Global Affairs. “Her remarks provided food for thought as we plan for Canada’s future.”
