Ridah Khan (4th Year BPAPM minor in French)
“I am both thrilled and very proud to be recognized on the Dean’s Honour List for academic excellence consecutively for the last four years. It certainly has not been an easy journey. I still remember the nerves I felt when beginning University, I was incredibly intimidated by the academic pressure and the transition from high school to university. However, I soon realized just how approachable and welcoming the Carleton community truly is and supportive of my journey.”
Tip: Take advantage of the resources and tools offered on campus. However, seek out new opportunities as well! The First-Year Connections program (FYC), Centre for Student and Academic Support (CSAS) workshops, Peer-Assisted Study Sessions (PASS), Career Services, and my program administrators allowed me to learn skills that I continue to hold onto to this day.
