He holds an LLB from Universit\u00e9 de Moncton and an MA in public administration from the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg. Prior to Carleton, he held leadership roles in human rights and EDI at the University of Ottawa, Laurentian University, York University, and the Manitoba Human Rights Commission.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Andrea Davis<\/strong> <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">(Associate Vice-President\u2014Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Wilfrid Laurier University)<\/strong><br>Dr. Andrea A. Davis is a Professor of English and Film Studies and Associate Vice President, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Wilfrid Laurier University. She leads Laurier\u2019s EDI Strategic Plan and engages equity-deserving groups. Previously at York University, she championed Black Studies and student advocacy. Her award-winning book <em>Horizon, Sea, Sound<\/em> (2022) explores Caribbean and African women\u2019s cultural critiques. More recently, she co-edited The Routledge Handbook to Black Canadian Literature (2024) and is co-editor of the Journal of Canadian Studies.<em>.<\/em><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Kahente Horn-Miller<\/strong> <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">(Associate Vice-President\u2014Indigenous Teaching, Learning and Research, Carleton University)<\/strong><br>Dr. Kahente Horn-Miller (Kanien:keha\u2019ka\/Mohawk) is Associate Professor in Indigenous Studies and Associate Vice-President, Indigenous Teaching, Learning and Research at Carleton University. She supports Indigenous faculty, pedagogy, and research, including leading the \u0100nako Indigenous Research Institute. Creator of the award-winning Collaborative Indigenous Learning Bundles, she co-chairs Carleton\u2019s Kin\u00e0m\u00e0gawin Report and is a 2023 3M National Teaching Fellow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Sneha Ananth<\/strong> <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">(Vice President\u2014Equity, School of Public Policy and Administration Society, Carleton University)<\/strong><br>Sneha (She\/Her\/Elle) is a junior policy analyst, graduate policy student, and an incoming candidate in the Joint Degree in Common Law and Indigenous Legal Orders (JD\/JID program) commencing September 2025 at the University of Victoria. She completed her Health Sciences degree in 2023, focusing on women&#8217;s reproductive health policy. She served as a Human Resource Administrator in the Canadian Armed Forces, sparking her interest in national security. She holds a PhD in medicine from the University of Bergen. Her teaching, focusing on health inequalities and global health, is informed by equity principles. Her research examines resource allocation in healthcare, emphasizing equity, transparency, and the role of marginalized populations in decision-making. Focusing on both low-income and high-income countries, she explores the impact of international organizations like the WHO on healthcare priority setting.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Eddy Ng<\/strong> <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">(Professor &amp; Smith Professor of Equity &amp; Inclusion, Smith School of Business, Queen\u2019s University)<\/strong><br>Dr. Eddy Ng is Professor of Organizational Behaviour and the Smith Professor of Equity &amp; Inclusion in Business at Queen\u2019s University. His research focuses on diversity, the future of work, and generational management, with over 100 publications and recognition among the top 2% of highly cited scholars in Economics &amp; Business. He is Editor-in-Chief of <em>EDI<\/em>, Co-Editor of <em>Personnel Review<\/em>, and a past DEI division chair at the Academy of Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Krista Craven<\/strong> <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">(Equity and Inclusion Learning Specialist, Equity and Inclusive Communities, Carleton University)<\/strong><br>Dr. Krista Craven is the Equity and Inclusion Learning Specialist at Carleton\u2019s Department of Equity and Inclusive Communities. She supports faculty in integrating equitable and anti-oppressive pedagogy. Previously, she was Associate Professor and Chair of Justice and Policy Studies at Guilford College, focusing on systems of oppression and social justice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Tania Das Gupta<\/strong> <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">(Affirmative Action, Equity, Inclusivity Officer; York Center for Asian Research and Professor, School of Gender, Sexuality and Women\u2019s Studies; York University)<\/strong><br>Dr. Tania Das Gupta is a Full Professor in Gender, Sexuality and Women\u2019s Studies at York University. Her research explores South Asian diaspora, migration, racism, and labour, with recent publications including <em>Twice Migrated, Twice Displaced<\/em> (2022).
