Congratulations to Caleb Lloyd, Doctoral candidate, Ralph Serin, Ph.D., and Madeline Carter, Ph.D. for being awarded a $50,000 Nataional Institute of Justice (NIJ) contract for their research into offender reentry. Caleb Lloyd (principal investigator) describes the project as “develop[ing] a model that integrates the critical elements of an offender’s reentry process. We also put forward an experimental methodology designed to investigate core questions regarding the relationship and contribution of each critical element to offenders’ process of desistance from crime. We continue to be involved as advisors & consultants to NIJ as they begin implementation of the reentry demonstration project”. Congratulations for this amazing accomplishment!
