The Job

Are you interested in working as a Teaching Assistant  in the Department of French? Undergraduate TAs will assist with group work in some classes or work in the oral and/or written support on a weekly basis and supervise the language lab.

The Salary and Hours

The salary is approximately $22.05 per hour for a total of 130 to 260 hours for Fall and Winter 2014-2015 (approximately 10 hours per week). This is great experience and also the opportunity to practice your own French!

Who Should Apply?

Undergraduate full-time students who are either:

-Majoring in French (Honours or Combined Honours) and possess have excellent oral and / or written skills in French.

-Native French speakers majoring (Honours) in a different discipline, with excellent oral and / or written skills in French

Priority will be given to French Majors in fourth-, though third-year students and non-French Majors will be considered.
