Are you interested in working as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of French? Undergraduate TAs will assist with group work in some classes or work in the oral and/or written support groups on a weekly basis.
The Salary and Hours
The salary is $24.03 per hour for 130 to 260 hours and may be for Fall 2019 and/or Winter 2020 (approximately 10 hours per week). This is a great experience and also an opportunity to practice your own French!
Who Should Apply?
Undergraduate full-time students who are either:
-Majoring in French (Honours or Combined Honours) and possess excellent oral and / or written skills in French.
-Native French speakers majoring (Honours) in a different discipline, with excellent oral and / or written skills in French
Please note that priority will be given to French Majors in fourth year. Third-year students and non-French Majors will be considered.
