Make sure your idea is in line with our blog objectives and ideals, which you can read below.<\/p>\n<p>Our <strong>objectives<\/strong> are to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>highlight practical, community-cultivated, and action-oriented best practices to drive organizational excellence;<\/li>\n<li>get people communicating within and across departmental silos in a new kind of public dialogue;<\/li>\n<li>shape organizational culture by empowering faculty and staff to share ideas and stories with the community;<\/li>\n<li>celebrate and take an interest in the work and studies of our peers; and<\/li>\n<li>provide a new avenue to continuously inform and educate ourselves in our work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our content <strong>ideals<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>we strive to make our writing accessible, smart, creative, and fun;<\/li>\n<li>we are dedicated to engaging faculty and staff in the exploration of stakeholder needs, while cultivating qualities that contribute to our culture of continuous improvement; and<\/li>\n<li>we are committed to exploring, experimenting, adapting, and learning on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>2.
