This immersive, online experience equips engineering and technical professionals with proven business strategies, leadership tools, and a global network of peers and mentors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed by Ikhlaq Sidhu in 2011, the Engineering Leadership Professional Programs (ELPP) vision has been to inspire engineers and scientists to take on issues beyond their field and have a larger impact on their companies, themselves, and the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Berkeley Method of teaching, uniquely blends case study, interactive exercises, and new perspectives enabling you to build your ecosystem, develop a growth mindset, and utilize frameworks for decision making.
