Eva is entering her third year of an undergraduate science degree in psychology, with a specialization in Forensics. She is also pursuing a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health, combining her interests in law, psychology, and the science of the mind.

Research:
Eva’s research interests lie in the intersection of the legal system, equity, and the neurological processes of the brain, including topics such as the treatment of those deemed Not Criminally Responsible by the system. Under the guidance of Dr. Brown and as a research assistant in the Gender and Crime lab, Eva assists with research that looks at diversity and inclusion within the policies and treatment plans used for the justice involved.

Future goals:
Upon completing her Honour’s thesis in fourth year, Eva plans to attend graduate school and attain a master’s in forensic psychology. Following post graduate education, she wishes to continue a career in forensic psychology related research.
