For her PhD dissertation, Meghan is re-weighting and updating the classification bins for a gender-responsive risk, need, and protective tool, the Service Planning Instrument for Women (SPIn-W). Meghan currently works for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council in the Evaluation Division as a program evaluation officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Research <\/strong><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">I<\/strong><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">nterests<\/strong>: risk assessment, gender and crime, correctional research, justice-impacted women, quantitative data analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Future <\/strong><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">G<\/strong><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">oals<\/strong>: Implement weighting changes on the SPIn-W in a northeastern state. Re-weight and classify the SPIn-W for other jurisdictions.
