Key responsibilities include supporting field courses and practicum\/co\u2011op opportunities, enhancing program visibility through strategic communications, and leading educational development outreach initiatives. Before taking on this position, Nika gained valuable experience as a teacher in various school boards across Ottawa and its surrounding rural areas.
