Professor Hulme has advised the UK Government on this topic and is the author of the bestselling <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cambridge.org\/ca\/academic\/subjects\/economics\/natural-resource-and-environmental-economics\/why-we-disagree-about-climate-change-understanding-controversy-inaction-and-opportunity\"><em>Why We Disagree About Climate Change<\/em><\/a> published by Cambridge UP.
