Join us for an engaging peer lead session where you’ll get the opportunity to:




Build Connections – Meet fellow international students and create bonds with those who understand your journey.



Engage in Discussions – Explore cultural differences, norms, and values in Canada while sharing your own experiences.



Learn Strategies for Adjustment – Discover practical tips on dealing with homesickness, maintaining balance, and embracing new opportunities.



Take Part in Interactive Activities – Reflect on your cultural identity and explore Canadian culture through engaging exercises.



Access Helpful Resources – Learn about support services, community events, and activities to help you settle in.



Gain Wellness Insights – Get tips from wellness centre coordinators on maintaining mental well-being during your transition.




This is a welcoming and supportive space to ask questions, share thoughts, and leave with valuable tools to enhance your experience at Carleton University.



This event is hosted in collaboration with the CUSA Wellness Centre, offering helpful wellness tips to support international students as they adjust to life in Canada.
