The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) has launched its next Storytellers contest! They will be taking submissions until the contest closes on January 28, 2020, at 4:59 p.m. (Eastern). Details, including the competition process and eligibility criteria, are available here.
Your task is to tell the story, in no more than 3 minutes or 300 words, of a SSHRC-funded research project – your own or a professor’s. Submissions can be in the form of video, audio, text, or infographic. SSHRC will be handing out 25 prizes, valued at $3,000 each.
The Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs and University Communications will host an information and training session for anyone who is interested in entering the competition. The session will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., in 512 Tory Building.
PLEASE REGISTER USING THE FORM BELOW.
