Do you ever feel like you’re faking it in graduate school? In this special 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn about the Imposter Syndrome and skills and techniques to manage it.
- Find motivation to do your best
- Improve self-compassion
- Increase tolerance to emotional discomfort
- Increase willingness to take healthy risks
The facilitator for this workshop is Alisa McClain, MSW, RSW. Alisa is a counsellor with Carleton’s Health and Counselling Services and specializes in issues specific to graduate students.
All graduate students are welcome. If you are working as a TA, this workshop counts toward one hour of voluntary paid training hours, provided that you are working as a TA in the term when the training takes place.
