DESCRIPTION:This session is part of MacOdrum Library's "Data Drips" series.



Researchers are pulled in several directions simultaneously, where capacity and workload are shifted from one task in a research project to another like waves in a tempest. Some information may be lost to sea. This session showcases some tools and practices to help build the foundations of a ship to brave the storm. Such as expediting file management, basic computational skills and generators for ReadMes and Data Dictionaries.

All graduate students and postdocs are welcome. This session does not count toward voluntary paid training hours, since it is scheduled outside the training window for the term.
