Several of the book chapters were co-authored by Prof. O&#8217;Brien&#8217;s former PhD students, Burak Gunay (now assistant professor at Carleton) and Sara Gilani (now a post-doctoral fellow at Carleton). The book came out of a four-year task force with 20 co-authors as part of International Energy Agency\/Energy in Buildings and Communities Annex 66.
