Program Information<\/h2>\n

The Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) program involves the design, evaluation and implementation of interactive computing systems for human use, and the study of major phenomena surrounding them. The program is distinctive and unique in its interdisciplinarity, and is open to students with a wide range of backgrounds, including the humanities and social sciences, cognitive science, design, engineering, and computer science.<\/p>\n

Pathway Options and Supervisors<\/h3>\n

There is one pathway option available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Thesis (Supervisor Required)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

You will need to secure a supervisor from one of the HCI Faculty members<\/a> in order to be admitted.<\/p>\n

You are still welcome to apply before securing a supervisor; in your application, you will need to select at least one potential supervisor that you would like to work with within your desired research area of interest.<\/p>\n
