Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours cancellation notice for appointments Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Monday appointments must be cancelled by noon Friday, or you will be charged.
To cancel an appointment:

Late cancellation and no-show fees:
- 15 minutes – $30
- 30 minutes – $60
- 45 minutes and over – $100- $175
- Counsellor appointment- $50
- Psychiatry consultation $175
Note: Please contact the clinic for payment information. The University business office will be notified of any outstanding charges and your transcripts will be withheld pending payment.
