Dr. Rosenbloom provides counselling to the students, both undergraduate and graduate, of Carleton University. Trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, she uses insight-oriented techniques and compassion to achieve self-understanding and behavioural change. She has a special interest in the treatment of anxiety and depression, and strives to educate and empower so to achieve improved self-awareness and resiliency when confronting life’s challenges. She provides a safe confidential space for discussion.
