{"id":1440,"date":"2014-09-17T14:49:14","date_gmt":"2014-09-17T18:49:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/carleton.ca\/healthsciences\/?post_type=cu-people&#038;p=1440"},"modified":"2025-06-09T09:31:22","modified_gmt":"2025-06-09T13:31:22","slug":"renate-ysseldyk-2","status":"publish","type":"cu-people","link":"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/healthsciences\/people\/renate-ysseldyk-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Renate Ysseldyk"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Primary Fields of Specialization:<\/h4>\n<p>Social and Health Psychology, Aging<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Research Interests:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In broad terms, my research takes an interdisciplinary, mixed-method, and community-based approach to contribute toward understanding and promoting individuals\u2019 mental health, and healthy societies more broadly, by focusing on three interconnected themes: 1) healthy aging, 2) (non)religious, ethnic, and gender-based social identities, and 3) coping with stress.
